DressCode Platform

1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the DressCode website, web application, touchscreen kiosks, and any associated software or services.
- "Company" refers to Jhaver Enterprises, operating under the brand name "DressCode".
- "User" refers to a parent or legal guardian accessing or using the Platform.
- "Student" refers to a child whose details are added by a User for uniform procurement.
- "Partner School" refers to any educational institution that has an active partnership with DressCode.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform (including via kiosks), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Authority
- Only parents or legal guardians of Students enrolled in Partner Schools may use the Platform.
By adding a Student profile, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the parent or lawful guardian of the Student, or
- You have full legal authority to provide the Student's information.
The Company does not independently verify guardianship and relies entirely on User representations.
4. Account Registration and Security
- Registration may require OTP-based authentication via mobile number.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and OTP access.
- Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.
- The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.
